2.4 One Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one account. If the same person opens multiple accounts, it will be treated as a "multiple accounts" violation and all accounts may be closed with balances from both forfeited.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

tk989 may at any time request additional documentation to verify the source of funds. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the withdrawal being delayed or rejected.
3.5 Transaction Responsibility
tk989 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from incorrect information provided during a deposit or withdrawal. It is entirely the user's responsibility to verify all details correctly before each transaction.
4 Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳42,000 or more gives you the maximum bonus of ৳20,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
After receiving the welcome bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. The calculation is based on the bonus amount only — not the combined deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
4.3 Bonus Usage Terms
- Each player is eligible for the welcome bonus once only.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they will remain in the bonus balance until wagering is completed.
- tk989 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled.
- If unusual or fraudulent betting patterns are detected at tk989's discretion, the bonus and winnings may be voided.
4.4 VIP Program
tk989's VIP program has five tiers. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is listed below:

5 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the tk989 platform:
- Operating an account on behalf of or in assistance to a minor.
- Registering an account using a false identity, fake documents, or another person's identity.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage.
- Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems, servers, or network.
- Colluding with other players to obtain bonuses or rewards.
- Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions, or committing fraud through multiple accounts.
- Harassing, insulting, or intimidating other users or staff.
6 Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play & RNG

6.2 Betting Limits
Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are clearly stated in the game lobby. When an active bonus is in place, the maximum betting limit is set according to the bonus terms.
6.3 Technical Issues
If a game session is interrupted due to internet disconnection or a technical issue, the system will automatically determine the result from the last valid game state. The data stored on tk989's servers shall be considered final.
6.4 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute regarding a game result must be reported to our support team within 72 hours. Complaints received after this period may not be considered. In all cases, tk989's decision shall be considered final.

10 Account Suspension & Closure
10.1 Closure at User's Request

10.2 Closure at tk989's Initiative
tk989 may suspend or permanently close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any part of these Terms.
- Suspicion of fraud, deception, or illegal activity.
- Doubt over the accuracy of account information.
- Account inactivity for an extended period (more than 12 months).
- The need to comply with applicable laws or regulations.
In the case of a legitimate account closure, any unpaid balance will be returned in accordance with the applicable terms. If the account is closed due to a violation, the balance may be forfeited.
